I had a fantastic stay at Doubletree By Hilton San Juan. The location was perfect. minutes away from the beach and close to various restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I enjoyed the delicious complimentary cookies at check-in. The only downside was the bathroom cleanliness. I found hair in the drains, which was a bit off-putting.

My stay at Doubletree By Hilton San Juan had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, right across from a supermarket and a stroll away from the beach. However, the experience was marred by inconsistent internet, a noisy atmosphere, and a hefty resort fee that didn't seem justified. While the staff, especially Peter at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating, the overall quality of my stay didn't meet my expectations.
